Our Purpose is to Provide in – home and community based services that will assist individuals with mental health and physical disabilities and limitations, while also providing support to their family. We work with clients from all different backgrounds and socioeconomic status, in order to better serve our goal of offering support to all individuals that are in need of assistance and support. At Handz – On, Inc., we motivate individuals in realizing and achieving their highest potential in order to maximize their quality of life and self-sufficiency within their home life and as members of the community.
Our work is client centered, relationship- based and culturally competent. We respect the dignity and uniqueness of all individuals and families. At Handz-on, Inc., we understand that each individual client and case is different and strive to tailor our services to each client’s needs.
